Britomart Transport Centre
In 2003 Armitage designed, installed and now continue to maintain the building management, communications, CCTV and access control system in Auckland’s central bus and rail terminal. Armitage has latterly integrated Britomart into the wider rail network as each station and transport hub is upgraded providing a central monitoring hub for the wider rail network with all CCTV footage, PA and help point communication being fed back via a fibre backbone to the Britomart Terminal.
