Park Hyatt – Fire Protection Systems

Located in Auckland’s Wynyard Quarter, the Park Hyatt is a 5-star 195 room hotel on Auckland’s city waterfront. In 2017 Armitage were engaged to supply and install Fire Protection Systems throughout the hotel complex including public access, guest room and amenity areas. A logistically challenging but rewarding project, our specialist construction team worked across the eight floor complex over two years installing an Analogue Addressable Fire Alarm System; EWIS, Sprinkler system, Hydrants, Aspirating Smoke Detection, Gas-flood Systems, OSID Detection and Wet-chemical Suppression Systems.
